At Campbell’s of Beauly, we pride ourselves on the quality of our Highland craftsmanship; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Notify and Prepare

  Ensure your item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and include your completed returns form found within your original delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our Highland workshop.

• 3.
  Shipping Your Return

  Send your parcel via a tracked service to our Beauly address; we recommend obtaining proof of postage as the goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5 to 7 working days.
